Good Morning, Shockwave! Welcome to another week of great games. Cory has been hard at work trying to get some great content and I do believe he has succeeded. Next week I’m very much excited for World Mosaics 5!! After restoring the Atlantis World Museum, you have been accepted into the Grand Pelasgian University to become an apprentice in Chronology! Solve pictographic puzzles while learning about the origins of Mardi Gras, Oktoberfest, Chinese New Year, and other world holidays as you progress throughout your classes. Graduate to become a Chronologist in this fun and exciting Puzzle game!
Update from Cory: Greetings Shockwavers! I hope you’re all enjoying the madness of having FOUR hidden object games this week! I know your eyes are probably getting tired already, so grab your reading glasses and a cup of coffee and push through it! I know many of you have been asking for more hidden object games, but for those who are looking for something else, don’t worry - we’ve got a better variety coming up next week. We’ll be launching a fun time management game called “Vampires vs Zombies”, a great puzzle game called “World Mosaics 5″, and two hidden object games - “Weird Park: Broken Tune” and “The Princess Case: A Royal Scoop”. Even though some of the other games have better production values, I kept finding myself wanting to go back and play “World Mosaics 5″. The gameplay itself is not only addictive, but finishing a level on your own is pretty rewarding as well. That’s it for now so thanks for reading and happy gaming!
Soon you will be able to enjoy these great new games
January 31:
- The Princess Case: A Royal Scoop
- Vampires vs. Zombies
- Weird Park: Broken Tune
More games to look forward to in February:
- Jewel Quest®: The Sapphire Dragon
- Mystery P.I.™ - The Curious Case of Counterfeit Cove
- Pahelika: Revelations

Good Morning to you!! Happy Tuesday. It’s our favorite day of the week here at Shockwave, New Game Tuesday! We have some great titles launching today and some fun titles launching next week as well (which I’ll get to in a second), but first I wanted to address a few of the inquiries that we’ve had regarding games that are requested.
We read every single comment about the games you want to play. And we reach out to every developer of those games. However there might be a specific time when a game can be released on certain sites, or a technical issue with the game that needs to get fixed before we can launch that might cause delays. Or we might just not be able to get the game at all for a plethora of reasons, none of which are just because we don’t want to offer variety or give you the games you want. We do want to provide you the games you want, that is why we do what we do. But sometimes the reason is far beyond our reach. I’ve tried to be as up front as I can regarding when we get games, if we’ll get that specific title or if we needed to pull something from the site due to a technical reason. It’s never my intention to be uninformative, if anything I just become busy with another aspect of the site and wait to let you know on Tuesdays. I try my hardest to address comments to the best of my ability but I can definitely do better and I will (new years resolutions!) but I wanted everyone to know that we do attempt to get every game you’re requesting because we love all of them, too!
Next week we have some great games like Mystery Stories - Mountains of Madness. In this fun hidden object game you find yourself at the foot of a mysterious mountain range where an expedition team is found dead. But why and how? Lynn Morgan and her associate want to get to the bottom of this crazy mystery. They make a discovery that bring all previous beliefs into question. Take a dive into this fantastic journey and discover the terrors lurking around in the Mountains of Madness.
Update from Cory:
Shockwavers! I hope you’ve got your magnifying glasses ready because next week is going to be hidden object mania - that’s right, ALL hidden objects games! The new titles include “Mystery Stories: Mountains of Madness”, “Elementary My Dear Majesty”, “Exorcist 2″, and “XIII: Lost Identity”. My favorite of the four has to be “Mystery Stories: Mountains of Madness” - it’s got great production values and a very neat side-scrolling feature. To be honest though, all four of these games truly are high quality games that I hope all of you will enjoy. For those of you looking for time management or puzzle games, don’t worry - we’ve got plenty of those coming up soon. Thanks for reading and, as always, happy gaming!
Soon you will be able to enjoy these great new games

Hello Shockwave! Another weekend has come and gone and luckily for us in San Francisco we were able to enjoy some amazing weather. Cold, yes. But sunny! I have a feeling the weather is going to take a turn for the winter real soon so I’m trying to soak up as much as I can.
And now onto the games. We have some great games coming up next week such as Rescue Team 2. When disaster strikes, the Rescue Team sweeps in to save the day! Take control of workers who respond when a devastating tornado leaves its mark on three all-new islands in this exhilarating time management adventure.
Update from Cory
Hi there Shockwavers! I can’t believe it’s already 2012…is anyone else starting to feel old or is it just me? I hope everyone is still spry enough to play some games because we’ve got some great titles launching next week including “Rescue Team 2″ (time management), “Solitaire Kingdom Quest” (card), “Bloodline of the Fallen: Anna’s Sacrifice” (hidden object), and “World Riddles: Secrets of the Ages” (puzzle). My favorite probably has to be “Rescue Team 2″ - it’s got cute characters, good production values, and fun gameplay elements, but then again I’m a total sucker for time management games. I hope everyone enjoys the new games, so thanks for reading and happy gaming!

Happy New Year! We hope you had a fun and safe new years celebration and are ready to jump into 2012 with both feet. The last few weeks in the office have been pretty quiet so it’s nice to have the whole team back in the office as we kick off the new year. Any good resolutions this year? I’m going to with the tried and true resolution to workout more and so far so good! But enough about my physical fitness plan, let’s get to the games, shall we? Next week we’re bringing you something a little creepy with Dracula: Resurrection. Help Jonathan Harker find his wife Mina as she has just fled to London to visit Dracula’s castle in Transylvania. You need to save your wife but what if Dracula is still alive? Find clues and answer questions in this scary adventure game.
Update from Cory!
Howdy Shockwavers! How is everyone enjoying the games from last week? Drop me a comment letting me know what your favorite was. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we weren’t able to launch this title as we had planned, but I’m happy to say that next week we will definitely be launching “THEM: The Summoning”! We’ll also be releasing a word game called “NagiQ”, a hidden object game titled “Bigfoot: Chasing Shadows”, and a really high quality adventure game called “Dracula - Resurrection”. I really like “Dracula - Resurrection”, but just a heads up - the download file is pretty massive and you’ll need a decent graphics card to run the 3D environment. Once you get it going though, it’s a very cool game with high production values. That’s all for now, so thanks for reading and happy gaming!

Good Morning, Shockwave! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and hopefully a nice three or maybe even four day weekend. I’ve had such an amazing past few days I can’t seem to get any work started, so I’m really glad it’s new game Tuesday. I need a few minutes readjusting and what better way then by playing some super fun download games. We have some great games coming up in January as well. A few of you have requested the new Emily game and I can confirm that Cory is working on getting that for you. We don’t have a date just yet, but it should be within the next month or so. We’ll give you more details when we get them. In the mean time, get ready for Island Tribe 3! I love the Island Tribe series so I was one of the people bugging Cory every week asking when we were getting this one, I hope some of you are just as excited as I am. Having made a wish in front of the Altar of Wishes, the settlers find themselves back at their home island again! The great volcano no longer threatens their well-being, bright future lies ahead and the dream of everlasting peace seems to have come true.
New life on the home island brought new feelings along with it. The future leader of the settlers falls in love with one of the girls in the tribe and decides to marry her. The wedding should take place in an ancient temple the doors of which are locked. In order to open them, the islanders have to find the pieces of magic runes scattered all around the island. On top of everything the bride gets stolen by an evil shaman.
Help the future leader of the tribe find his beloved one and open the doors of the ancient temple! Lets make their honey moon dream come true!

Good morning, Shockwave! Can you believe the holidays are ALMOST here! I can’t wait for a few days off to relax and maybe play a new download game or two. I hope you’re able to get a few days of rest and relaxation as well. So let’s get to the games, I’ve got some Christmas shopping to finish up… shhh, don’t tell.
Coming next week, step into the world of interstellar travel, where space pirates lurk at every corner. Kaptain Brawe, a Space Police officer will embark on a journey filled with quests, conspiracies and general chaos, as he follows the lead of two kidnapped alien scientists.
Gaming Update from Cory!
Hi there Shockwavers! I hope you all still enjoying some of last week’s new games. I’ve noticed that “Zoo Empire” didn’t get a ton of great responses, so I just want everyone to know that we do listen to our customers and that I’m not going to pick up any more of those titles unless there is a clear demand for them. We’ve got some great games coming up next week including “Pickers” (hidden object), “Kaptain Brawe: A Brawe New World” (adventure), “Red Crow Mysteries: Legion” (hidden object/strategy), and “Robin’s Island Adventure” (matching). Although I really enjoyed “Kaptain Brawe”, I think my favorite has to be “Red Crow Mysteries: Legion”. It’s got a creepy storyline along with some challenging gameplay. That’s all for now, so thanks for reading and happy gaming!

It’s New Game Tuesday! Best day of the week if you ask me. We have some great titles coming up in the next few weeks that I’m sure you’re all excited about. The holidays can be a crazy time of year so we like to give you a little bit of reprieve from all that holiday shopping, cookie baking, present wrapping and party going by giving you some great download games on Shockwave! Everyone needs a little “me” time and we just like to THANK YOU for choosing Shockwave. Next week we’re excited to give you Committed: Mystery at Shady Pines. Now I’m sure you all agree that waking up strapped inside an abandoned hospital would be terrifying. But it’s up to you to save the patients, stop the psychotic doctor, and escape before it’s too late.

We’ll also be launching an adventure RPG called “Shining Plume 2″, a strategy game called “The Island: Castaway 2″, and “Committed: Mystery at Shady Pines”, a creepy hidden object adventure. “Christmas Wonderland” has definitely helped getting me excited for the holidays, but I think my favorite has to be “Committed: Mystery at Shady Pines” - I love scary stories! Good morning! We hope you’re having a great Tuesday! I’m excited to get my cup of coffee and start playing our Holiday games! I just love this time of the year. I started listening to Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving. I can’t help it, I’m a sucker for the holidays. With all the plans I have with friends and family, I’m excited just thinking about it! We have some great new download games coming out in the next few weeks and we’re all working hard to get you the games you’ve been asking for. We’ve had a few requests for Sky Taxi so I’m excited to let you know that next week, we’ll be getting it! Hop into the Sky Taxi and go for a ride you’ll never forget! Guide Mitch, a movie star by day and superhero by night, as he sets out to rescue a beautiful spy from the clutches of a madman. Enjoy stunning side-scrolling action as you run, jump and stomp your way through over 100 levels, grabbing goodies, knocking out baddies, and discovering cool secrets along the way.
Cory’s Weekly Update!
Hello Shockwavers! I hope everyone’s staying warm because it’s starting to get awfully cold here in San Francisco - it’s the perfect excuse to kick back, grab some hot cocoa, light a fire, and play some games. For all of you matching fans, you’re in luck as we’ve got not one, but TWO great matching games for you: “Cradle of Egypt” and “Coffee Rush 3″. “Coffee Rush 3″ does a great job of integrating a fun time-management aspect of gameplay, while “Cradle of Egypt” has a fantastically cool ancient Egyptian theme. We’ll also be launching a simulator title called “Zoo Empire”. Now I know that some people generally don’t like these certain types of games because they take some time to pick up, but if you can dedicate some time to familiarizing yourself with the complex controls, I think you’ll really enjoy the depth of the game. The last game we’ll be releasing next week is the latest installment of the Sky Taxi series, “Sky Taxi: Top Secret”! I’ll admit that the graphics in this game aren’t groundbreaking by any means, but that really didn’t make the game any less enjoyable; it’s a fun platformer with some great characters. That’s all for now, so thanks for reading and happy gaming!
Soon you will be able to enjoy these great new games

Good morning and happy Tuesday! We hope those of you who celebrated Thanksgiving were able to enjoy some time off and maybe even get a little bit of your holiday shopping done. I didn’t dare enter a store this weekend. Instead I stayed close to family and friends, ate too much turkey (and apple pie) and got the house ready for the coming holidays. I can’t believe it’s almost December, it feels like just yesterday I was laying by the pool, catching some rays and now here I sit, cuddled up next to the space heater in my winter coat. But things don’t slow down around Shockwave during the Holidays, they tend to be more busy and we love it! For instance, did you see our .99 cent sale? If you’re looking for a gift that wont break the bank, we have 12 ideas that just might do the trick. And as always we have new download games coming out and some great Holiday themed ones as well. But next week, you can enjoy Oddly Enough: Pied Piper! Enter the weird and wonderful realm of legend in Oddly Enough: Piped Piper, an enchanting hidden object adventure that puts a quirky twist on a classic tale.
Cory’s Weekly Update
Hey there Shockwavers! Did everyone have a successful Thanksgiving? I sure did, and I’ve got a few extra pounds to prove it. If anyone’s wondering, the Turducken was a hit! I’d definitely recommend it. Next week we’ll be starting off the season right with a couple holiday games, a hidden object game titled”Twisted: A Haunted Carol” and “Elves, Inc.”, a strategy game. We’ll also be launching another hidden object game called “Oddly Enough: Pied Piper” and an adventure game titled “Post Mortem”. My favorite of this bunch is probably “Oddly Enough: Pied Piper”; it’s one of the few hidden object games I’ve actually finished (remember, I play a lot of games). For those of you who enjoy adventure games, I’d highly recommend “Post Mortem” as it’s from the same studio who made the Syberia series. That’s it for this week, so thanks for reading and happy gaming!
Soon you will be able to enjoy these great new games
